About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a challenging position as a Primary Care Network (PCN) Transformation Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative strategies to improve healthcare services within our network.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in management roles, preferably within the health sector. They will possess strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and IT abilities, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills. Effective communication and project management skills are also essential for this role.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £52,000-£62,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package that reflects the company's commitment to its employees' well-being.
