About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to join our client's team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing 4-6 accounts, developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction and KPI achievement by leading the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Lead quarterly process meetings to create and implement campaigns that enhance brand awareness and search visibility.
- Manage 2-3 direct reports, driving their success and the agency's.
- Contribute to new business development as part of the pitch team.
- Analyse results, optimise strategies, and stay creatively and intellectually engaged to enhance brand communications in earned media.
