About the Role

This role entails ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow designs and resource cost models for various clients, guaranteeing effective market-leading solutions. As a certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, and ITIL Foundation holder, you will provide support from pre-sales through delivery, continually evaluating, assessing, and learning to ensure best practices and improved performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scoping and designing complex ServiceNow projects that have been successfully delivered on time and within budget
  • Communicating effectively with clients at all levels, covering business leads, infrastructure, and service operations teams
  • Maintaining a good understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem in the UK, including competitors
  • Developing a working knowledge of scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS
  • Understanding key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong track record of scoping and designing complex ServiceNow projects, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and its technologies. You must also be able to engage effectively with developers and maintain a good working knowledge of scripting on the ServiceNow platform.
