Behaviour Coach

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work with students who have had difficulty thriving in mainstream secondary and special schools or are returning from out of County placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support and bespoke timetables following thematic learning experiences
- Design and implement personalized learning plans to engage students and build resilience
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure student progress
- Hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to take one
- Be confident working within small groups and 1:1/2:1 settings
- Have a passion for working with children and young people in SEN settings
- Relevant experience working with children or people with special educational needs
- Have a full UK driving license
- Minimum of Level 2 qualification or equivalent
