About the Role
NHS England is seeking a highly motivated and experienced communications professional to join our Communications and Engagement Team in the South East. As a key member of the regional team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engagement and communications services to support the region's business and statutory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert engagement and communications advice and support to the region on all aspects of their business.
- Develop and implement effective engagement and communications strategies to support the region's priorities and goals.
- Manage local media inquiries and campaigns, and maintain excellent contacts and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the national Public Accountability, Engagement and Communications Function, regional director and senior team to agree priorities and inform the region's engagement and communications strategy.
- Support the development of engagement and communications for specific projects and campaigns, and manage their effective implementation.
