About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Winchester. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our valued customers in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive guidance and support to customers, helping them to navigate our banking services and products.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial objectives.
  • Process general banking requests, such as payments, balance inquiries, and transfers, with high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to promote our range of financial products and services to customers, and collaborate with other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, including rotational Saturdays, to meet the needs of our customers.
