Behaviour Support Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a confident and experienced Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a SEMH school in Huddersfield. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and behaviour support, and be able to work effectively with young people with SEMH and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide behaviour support and guidance to students with SEMH needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
  • Support students in achieving their academic and personal goals
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people with SEMH and behavioural needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Passion for education and behaviour support
