Behaviour Support Assistant - SEMH School

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at a SEMH school in Huddersfield. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people with SEMH and behavioural needs, and be proactive and organised.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEMH and behavioural needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans
  • Provide one-to-one support to students

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people with SEMH and behavioural needs
  • Proactive and organised approach
  • Passion for education and behaviour support
  • Ability to work well in a team
