About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a very supportive team of educators, where your role will involve providing targeted support for multiple students. Unlike traditional 1:1 roles, you will be working with all three children throughout the day, adapting to their individual needs to help them succeed both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience working with children with SEMH and complex behavioural needs, ideally within a primary or secondary school setting.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively, using positive behaviour strategies and resilience in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, the inclusion team, and external professionals.
  • Calm, patient, and confident approach, with the capability to stand firm in high-pressure situations.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced individual with a strong background in supporting children with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of working with children with complex needs and be able to adapt to the individual needs of each child.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a calm and patient approach. They will also be able to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children.
