Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR Manager and providing day-to-day transactional support around the employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Enquiries and Advice: Provide first-line support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a prompt and professional response.
  • HR System Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR system, including new employee information and employee HR data changes.
  • HR Administrative Processes: Take responsibility for HR administrative processes, including sickness absence records, maternity/paternity records, and monitoring probation periods.
  • HR Projects: Support HR projects to enhance processes and improve the employee experience, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Document Control: Document and follow HR transactional processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Recruitment Administration: Support with recruitment administration, including liaising with hiring managers and managing the online recruitment portal.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have experience working within an HR Administration role, ideally within a busy, fast-paced HR department. You will be a self-starter who can use your own initiative to complete tasks and support the wider HR team and business.
