We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Freelance Cycle Instructor to join our team at TfGM. As a Freelance Cycle Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cycling training sessions to adults and young people of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver group and one-to-one cycling training sessions to clients of all ages and abilities.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of cycling skills and safety guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and TfGM staff to achieve team goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Hold a National Standard Accredited Cycle Instructor qualification or be working towards this qualification.
  • Have experience of working with adults and young people of all abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £17 per hour, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team. If you are passionate about cycling and have a commitment to delivering high-quality training, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that interviews will take place online, and you will be required to participate in a client contact role-play scenario and answer competency-based questions. Successful candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including a DBS check, before commencing delivery.
