Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to support the launch and growth of Raisin's platform in the United States out of our Manchester UK HQ. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across voice and digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in solving problems and a passion for helping others. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, along with a range of benefits including investment in your development, access to Babbel for continuous learning, and a hybrid working arrangement.
