We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Surrey Heath Primary Care Network. As a key member of our patient-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and service.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating key activities for patients, ensuring timely, efficient, and patient-centered health and care planning. This includes supporting multiple local GP practices, working in a central Patient Support Centre, and interacting with the right support at the right time.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to patient-initiated contact, including incoming and outgoing phone calls, e-Consults, and reception capacity administration.
  • Use triage and signposting skills to direct patients to the right support or appointment type to best meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective listening skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage own workload.
  • Demonstrable experience of effective planning and organization skills to deliver targets to deadlines.
