Role Summary

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our management team to develop, audit, and improve service quality. You will also participate in ongoing training and engage in CPD to further enhance your knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive nursing assessments and reports.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Administer medications according to established healthcare procedures and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals to create and maintain individual care plans.
