As a Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care services. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and supporting individuals in their homes or community settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene tasks;
  • Encourage social interaction and promote mental stimulation;
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and incidents;
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive hourly rate of £12.29 (plus night enhancement), along with additional benefits such as enhanced evening and weekend pay, premium overtime rates, and access to Wagestream.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in care is advantageous but not necessary.
