About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to join our team at Silverways School. As a key member of our pastoral team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding pastoral care that reduces barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the vision and strategic direction of Silverways School by ensuring that attendance of all pupil groups is good and takes into account their needs and experiences.
- Enable outstanding progress and attainment by promoting effective teamwork and high standards.
- Be accountable to the Senior Leadership Team for the safety and attendance of learners within Silverways School.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing pastoral care and support to pupils.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
