Claims Adjuster Role

We are seeking a Claims Adjuster to support our increasing client portfolio. The role involves managing and adjusting claims from first notification to settlement within pre-authorised authority limits.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Claims adjusting on behalf of current and future clients
  2. Provision of technical support for adjusting various COB claims
  3. Maintaining or enhancing each client's claim service standards
  4. Monitoring performance against contract SLAs and KPIs
  5. Delivering and presenting reports to clients on specific claims issues
  6. Mentoring and training less experienced members of the team
  7. Appointing experts and legal counsel where deemed appropriate
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience adjusting claims across various COB
  • Experience in handling 'Complex Claims' in accordance with the Lloyd's Claims Scheme
  • Extensive knowledge of the current Lloyd's Claims Scheme including CTP Guidelines
