Ontic, a leading provider of Extended Life Solutions for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) legacy and non-core products, has an opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to support our continued success and ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for ensuring quality, cost, and delivery performance for production procurement, guaranteeing that purchased parts and/or services are supplied/contracted on time to support business requirements in line with business systems.

You'll lead specific supplier relationships, manage the introduction of new suppliers with the support of the SQA team, assess and manage supply risks with various functional areas, identifying and implementing countermeasures to mitigate or eliminate supply risks.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate possesses excellent negotiation, organisational, and communication skills, coupled with a commercially astute mindset to devise innovative solutions for business challenges.

You will exhibit a positive can-do attitude, strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems (Syteline preferred), and be self-motivated and confident in decision-making within established business guidelines.
