Nursery Teaching Assistant Role

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our team at Step Teachers.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Early Years qualification or equivalent, with previous experience working as a Nursery/EYFS Teaching Assistant.
This role involves supporting children's learning and development, encouraging positive behaviour, and providing pastoral support when needed.
The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents, and provide effective communication and feedback on children's progress.

Job Requirements- LEVEL 3 TEACHING ASSISTANT/EARY YEARS QUALIFICATION OR EQUIVALENT
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A NURSERY/EYFS TEACHING ASSISTANT
- STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ABILITY TO WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH COLLEAGUES AND PARENTS
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
