About the Role
We are seeking a Security Colleague to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Security Colleague, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our colleagues and customers, and protecting our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols and checks of the store and its surroundings to identify and report any potential security risks.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any security incidents or alarms.
- Support the management team in maintaining a safe and secure environment for colleagues and customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve conflicts and ensure the safety of all individuals in the store.
- Conduct spot checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our colleagues and customers. You will be a team player who is able to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
