Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance equipment to ensure the building is secure at all times
- Respond swiftly to emergencies and provide a visible security presence to ensure the safety of all individuals within the building
- Control access to the building, permitting entry only to authorised individuals and verifying identification when necessary
- Manage conflicts professionally, addressing issues calmly and taking appropriate actions to resolve disputes
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to de-escalate situations and maintain a peaceful environment
- SIA Licence
- RTW and 5yr checkable history
- Security experience preferred but not essential
- Reliable and punctual
- Vigilant at all times
- Proactive and a team player
As a Security Officer with Securitas Security Services, you will enjoy a stable full-time, permanent contract with a balanced shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off, including both day and night shifts. You will work 42 hours per week within a supportive team environment, with opportunities for professional growth and overtime available.
