Security Officer

We are seeking professional and experienced SIA Licensed Security Staff to join our team at Compact Security Services Limited. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their events.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and clients
- Search visitors and bags upon entry to the venue, adhering to venue policies
- Monitor crowd movements and behavior, identifying potential issues or incidents and taking necessary action
- Understand and implement venue-specific emergency procedures, safety checks, and company policies
- Provide a professional and welcoming attitude to visitors and colleagues
- Deal with crowd disruptions in a professional and appropriate manner
- Monitor licensable areas within the venue
- Complete necessary administrative tasks for the role
- A valid front-line SIA Licence
- Documentation demonstrating eligibility to work in the UK and unrestricted right to work for a minimum of 12 months
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Previous security or crowd management experience
- 5-year checkable work history (including school, further education, and unemployment)
- Excellent personal presentation and verbal and written communication skills
