Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Compact Security Services Limited. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their guests at various events and venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality customer service to visitors and guests
  • Searching visitors and bags upon entry to the venue
  • Monitoring crowd movements and behavior
  • Identifying and reporting potential issues or incidents
  • Understanding and implementing venue-specific emergency procedures
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure environment
Requirements:
  • A valid front-line SIA Licence
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Previous security or crowd management experience
  • 5-year checkable work history
