About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technician to join our Rally Raid team at Prodrive. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our cars, spares, and equipment are prepared to the highest standard for competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out technical work competently and within the times laid down by the Chief Technician or No. 1 Technician.
  • Keep the No. 1 Technician informed at all times of any additional work necessary on a car during build or repair.
  • Perform On-Event and workshop maintenance as required by the No. 1 Technician or Chief Technician.
  • Ensure that all cars are prepared to the correct specification.
  • Adopt safe working practices at all times in compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policy.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Team management.
Requirements
  • A strong ability to understand and interpret the build specification of a full car set up.
  • The ability to follow build and operational procedures accurately.
  • Rally experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible approach.
