Job Summary

We are seeking a vibrant, experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at our new site. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional desserts and pastries that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative dessert menus that showcase our restaurant's commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Lead a team of pastry cooks to ensure seamless execution of dessert service.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create visually stunning desserts that meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dessert trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or bar.
  • Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious desserts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and service.
