The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Imaging Scientist to join a leading company in their field. The successful candidate will have a PhD in a relevant field such as MR Physics, Neuroimaging or similar, and a strong understanding of diffusion MRI. They will be responsible for refining and prioritizing research ideas, leading on new developments in the company's models and tools.

The Company

The Senior Imaging Scientist will join a dynamic team at a company with a growing reputation in their field. The company is a leader in their field and an Oxford-university spinout. The current work pattern in place is full-time on-site in the Oxford-based office, and the company is able to provide sponsorship if required.

What's Required?

  1. A PhD in a relevant field such as MR Physics, Neuroimaging or similar
  2. A good understanding of diffusion MRI.
  3. Experience of statistical software packages such as SPSS, Stata or R
  4. Experience with neuroimaging and corresponding packages such as FSL, SPM, FreeSurfer
  5. Any experience with Microstructural modelling for diffusion MRI, experience in the area of cerebral cortex or Post-mortem MRI / MRI of animal models would also be advantageous
