Key Responsibilities

  • To lead on new developments in imaging models and tools, utilizing knowledge gained from a PhD in a relevant field such as MR Physics, Neuroimaging or similar.
  • To refine and prioritize ideas from research, applying sound understanding of diffusion MRI.

Requirements

  • A PhD in a relevant field such as MR Physics, Neuroimaging or similar.
  • A good understanding of diffusion MRI.
  • Experience of statistical software packages such as SPSS, Stata or R.
  • Experience with neuroimaging and corresponding packages such as FSL, SPM, FreeSurfer.
  • Any experience with Microstructural modelling for diffusion MRI, experience in the area of cerebral cortex or Post-mortem MRI / MRI of animal models would also be advantageous.

  1. A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
