Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Midas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the commercial kitchen equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including care homes, restaurants, hotels, pubs, schools, and catering outlets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pre-qualifying potential end-user customers.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales growth and market share targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- At least one year of field-based B2B sales experience.
- Commercial kitchen experience, preferably as a chef de partie, kitchen manager, pastry chef, sous chef, executive chef, head chef, or contract catering manager.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain a strong referral network.
