Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Midas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in Central and North London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including care homes, restaurants, hotels, pubs, schools, and catering outlets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with kitchen consultants and dealers to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of field-based B2B sales experience.
  • Commercial kitchen experience as a chef de partie, kitchen manager, pastry chef, sous chef, executive chef, head chef, or contract catering manager.
  • Professional catering qualifications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong referral network.
