Apprentice Learning Administrator Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Learning Administrator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in Learning and Development and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of our Group L&D Strategy, including managing Workday Learning and delivering L&D solutions to International People teams.
  • Offer first-line support for all L&D-related queries across PIB Group and provide an efficient transactional L&D service for course administration.
  • Support the team with designing and developing digital learning solutions aligned to our strategic priorities and evaluate the impact of L&D programmes.
  • Work in partnership with the Group Communications and Engagement team to increase overall engagement with all Learning and Development programmes.
Requirements
  • Educated to A-Level standard or other Level 3 qualification, demonstrating a good standard of literacy & numeracy.
  • Experience of working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and/or a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • An understanding of Learning and Development processes and administration.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
