Job Summary:

Exec Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join our client's team. As a key member of the firm, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of commercial property transactions, including property portfolio management, grant and renewal of commercial leases, and transfer of existing commercial leases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property portfolios for clients, ensuring optimal performance and value.
  • Assist in the grant and renewal of commercial leases, including negotiations with landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinate the transfer of existing commercial leases, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.
  • Deal with applications for consent to assignment, underletting or alterations to premises, and acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial property.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of options, conditional contracts, and pre-emption agreements.
  • Provide support in the promotion of agreements, property aspects of corporate asset and share sales and acquisitions, and secured lending transactions.
  • Work closely with senior lawyers to assist with complex transactions and provide guidance on property-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial property law, with a strong understanding of property transactions and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
