**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our Commercial Dispute Resolution team in the South West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dispute resolution and litigation advice to our clients, including corporates, small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and family-run businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on commercial disputes, contractual disputes between businesses, director and shareholder disputes, dispute debt recovery cases, professional negligence claims, and mediation and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
  • Working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies to resolve their disputes.
  • Managing a varied caseload, including commercial dispute work, contractual disputes, and director and shareholder disputes.
  • Collaborating with other fee earners within the CDR team to deliver exceptional client service and develop business opportunities.
  • Delivering exceptional client service, being organized, and able to work at pace to meet multiple deadlines.
