The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a wide range of commercial property transactions, including property portfolio management, grant and renewal of commercial leases, and acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial property.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including negotiating and drafting leases, and advising on property-related matters.
  • Assist in the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, including site assembly and sale of completed units.
  • Work with senior lawyers on complex transactions, including secured lending and corporate asset and share sales.
  • Provide expert advice on property aspects of corporate transactions, including options, conditional contracts, and pre-emption agreements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including property owners, developers, and investors.
