We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at REED Specialist Recruitment. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing our customers with quotations, preparing renewals & adjustments for all motor, home & other personal lines insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotations to customers for personal lines insurance
  • Prepare renewals & adjustments for all motor, home & other personal lines insurance
  • Communicate clearly, positively, and effectively with customers both verbally and in writing
  • Maintain high customer service levels at all times
  • Ensure full compliance with company & regulatory standards
  • Work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Perform other business tasks within the office

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in personal lines insurance
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent
  • A-C in English & Maths
  • Previous customer service experience

About the Role:

This is a Full-Time or Part-Time permanent position. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Will also consider two part-time candidates working in either Lisburn or Banbridge. Salary - Negotiable dependant on experience.
