We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth across our three offices in East Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our services and brand across various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and local advertisements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Create and manage digital and print marketing campaigns, including content development for our website, social media, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with our team in each office to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
• Contribute to Care Professional recruitment and engagement initiatives to support our business growth.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, with a focus on Canva.
• Excellent time management and project planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
• Must be living in Brighton & Hove or East Sussex, with a car driver's license preferred for regular travel between offices.
• Rate of pay: £13 - £15 per hour, dependent on experience.
