Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans across three offices in East Sussex, including Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham, Home Instead Lewes District and Uckfield, and Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham.

• Create and manage digital and print marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and local advertisements.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

• Develop content for the website, social media, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with teams in each office to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• Track and report on marketing performance metrics.

• Contribute to Care Professional recruitment and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of marketing experience.

• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media and some SEO experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Canva.

• Excellent time management and project planning skills.

Additional Information:

Living in Brighton & Hove or East Sussex is required, and being a car driver is preferable to travel regularly between offices.

The rate of pay is £13-£15 per hour, dependent on experience.
