Job Title: Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Home Instead in East Sussex. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth across our three offices in East Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across our three offices in East Sussex, including Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham, Home Instead Lewes District and Uckfield, and Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham.
• Create and manage digital and print marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and local advertisements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Develop content for our website, social media, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with our team in each office to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Contribute to Care Professional recruitment and engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media and some SEO experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools required (Canva in particular).
• Excellent time management and project planning skills.
Additional Information:
Living in Brighton & Hove or East Sussex is required, and being a car driver is preferable to travel regularly between offices.
The rate of pay is £13 - £15 per hour dependent on experience.
