Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Travel Service Coordinator to join our team at Steppes Travel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing travel itineraries, booking flights and accommodations, and coordinating travel documents.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of travel requests, including verifying travel details and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their travel needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement changes to enhance the travel experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a travel or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £24,500, plus bonus.
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) per annum, on a full-time basis.
