About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver for Older Adults to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care home staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and support.
As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, supporting with personal care, and promoting their overall well-being. You will work closely with our care teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering person-centered care.
