We are seeking a motivated and reliable Postperson with Driving to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Postperson with Driving, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Sort and process mail and packages at the delivery office
  • Use a manual driving license to drive a postal vehicle
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries

  • Overtime is paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate

Requirements:

  • Upbeat, independent and self-motivated
  • Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service

  • Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
  • Has a strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
  • Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
