We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across our network.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract position, working 30 hours per week, 5 days a week, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends during peak times. You will be required to work independently, using your own initiative to manage your delivery route and ensure timely delivery of mail and packages.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54. You will also receive overtime pay at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate. In addition, you will have access to a company pension scheme, full uniform, and a range of benefits, including enhanced maternity pay, paternity leave, and adoption leave.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of community and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will also need to have a full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points and be happy to work in all weather conditions.
