We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Boutique Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to attract and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and the leadership of a high-performing team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and inspirational team to create engaging in-store experiences, host events, and develop strategies to elevate our brand presence. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store, ensuring all team members are aligned with the Boutique and Brand vision.

As a successful Boutique Manager, you will be able to:

  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute in-store events that showcase the art of fragrance and create memorable experiences for customers
  • Elevate the boutique's brand presence through strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring exceptional experiences for all customers

Competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
