La empresa Skillsbay Limited busca un Oracle CPQ Especialista para unirse a su equipo de expertos en tecnología. En este rol, serás responsable de implementar y gestionar soluciones Oracle CPQ para nuestros clientes, aprovechando tu conocimiento y habilidades para diseñar, configurar y desplegar soluciones que satisfagan las necesidades complejas de nuestros clientes y mejoren la eficiencia de las ventas.

Responsabilidades Clave
  1. Implementación de Soluciones: Liderar la implementación de soluciones Oracle CPQ desde el inicio hasta su finalización.
  2. Interacción con Clientes: Ser el punto de contacto principal para nuestros clientes durante la fase de implementación.
  3. Personalización e Integración: Adaptar las aplicaciones Oracle CPQ a las necesidades específicas de nuestros clientes. Integrar el sistema CPQ con sistemas CRM y ERP existentes para garantizar un flujo de datos y alineación de procesos sin problemas.
  4. Capacitación y Soporte: Realizar sesiones de capacitación para los equipos de nuestros clientes para asegurar el uso efectivo del sistema Oracle CPQ. Proporcionar soporte y resolución de problemas continuos para resolver cualquier problema que surja después de la implementación.
  5. Documentación y Informes: Desarrollar y mantener documentación detallada de las configuraciones del sistema, personalizaciones y integraciones.
  6. Prácticas y Mejoras: Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas características de Oracle CPQ y mejores prácticas de la industria. Proporcionar y implementar mejoras que generen valor adicional para nuestros clientes y mejoren el rendimiento del sistema en general.
Requisitos y Calificaciones
  1. Conocimientos Técnicos: Amplia experiencia con soluciones Oracle CPQ, incluyendo configuración, personalización e integración.
  2. Gestión de Proyectos: Experiencia probada en la gestión de proyectos de implementación de CPQ, con la capacidad de cumplir plazos y manejar múltiples prioridades.
  3. Formación: Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información, Negocios o campo relacionado. Certificaciones relevantes en Oracle CPQ son altamente deseables.
