Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Sales Executive to join our team at PubMatic, Inc. in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our presence within WPP agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, experience in managing existing clients, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals. You will work closely with the strategy team to understand PubMatic – Publicis developed products and educate agency teams on their value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute PubMatic's private marketplace strategy across client teams within Publicis agencies
  • Service current relationships as well as growing PubMatic client base across Publicis to identify new sources of revenue
  • Develop a strong understanding of PubMatic's technology and media solutions from an intellectual and applied perspective; communicate the value proposition to drive business growth
  • Pitch, receive, understand, and react to 'deal' briefs from buyers – develop and build auction packages that meet their requirements
  • Work with the strategy team to understand PubMatic – Publicis developed products, educating and increasing awareness and adoption of these products across WPP agencies
  • Work with product marketing to develop proactive promotion of either a targeted or broad range of packages
  • Collaborate with the Client service and Deal Desk teams to develop an understanding of best practices to manage deals, accounts, and reporting
  • Travel and entertain as necessary in support of business objectives (prospect/client meetings, conferences, internal meetings)
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and grow your industry knowledge
Requirements
  • 5 years plus of experience working with and selling digital advertising solutions into agencies holding companies, trading desks, and DSPs
  • Proven history of developing and executing a sales strategy
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Experience and contacts within Publicis
  • Growth mindset: willing to take risks, ask questions, and even appear foolish in order to learn; not focused on status or authority
  • Understand the dynamics of the sell-side, most notably operations of supply side platforms and ad serving tech
  • Superb communicator and service-oriented leader
  • Strong written, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ultra-high EQ
