We are seeking a skilled Theatre Operations Director to lead our theatre team at Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting quality, commercial, and strategic initiatives. Our 6 operating theatres require effective management, and we need someone with experience to take on this challenge.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in theatre management, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will need to demonstrate your ability to lead continuous change processes and achieve sound outcomes through positive team engagement. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
