We are looking for an exceptional Theatre Manager to join our team at Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management and leadership of the theatre team, implementing quality, commercial, and strategic initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.

Job Details:Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum

Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience as a Theatre Manager or Deputy Manager
- ODP level 3 / Registered Nurse qualification
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
