Project Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Control Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems in Barrow-in-Furness. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional to work on the Dreadnought Programme in the Platform Complex Systems (PCS) Project Control team.
The ideal candidate will have advanced project management skills, with expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), estimation, and risk analysis. They will be responsible for leading the PM&C processes on small projects or work packages, identifying and managing risks, and working closely with senior management, CAMs, PMs, and engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities- Performing advanced project Earned Value & Reporting
- Leading the PM&C processes on small projects or work packages
- Identifying, assessing, and managing risks to the success of the project
- Working in a small close-knit team with senior management, CAMs, PMs, and engineering staff
- Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, interpretation, and reporting of EV data
- Estimation compilations including basis of estimate and profiling
- Working with all levels of management and staff
