About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Development Specialist to join our project delivery team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans that meet business requirements.

Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in project management and control (PM&C) and work on high-profile projects. You will have the ability to apply PM methodologies and tools to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing project plans that meet business objectives
  • Monitoring and tracking progress to ensure timely completion
  • Controlling change using governed procedures to minimize disruptions
  • Providing support on project management issues and proposing solutions to stakeholders
  • Supporting the development of project reports and schedules to facilitate decision-making

Requirements:

  • Experience in applicable software including SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Confluence, and JIRA
  • Proven track record in project management and control (PM&C)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders
  • Ability to perform advanced project reporting and scheduling
