About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Site & Facilities Major Projects Team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing on-site contractors, developing health and safety safe systems of work, and supporting risk management processes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a construction environment in a Project role and knowledge of health and safety legislation including CDM regulations. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Projects, and PowerPoint.

The salary for this role is £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage on-site contractors
  • Develop health and safety safe systems of work
  • Support risk management processes
  • Support sequencing and scheduling for projects
  • Develop communications and reporting documentation
  • Verify quality standards have been met
Requirements
  • Previous experience within a construction environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
