About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our Construction team at JCA Engineering. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement construction project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage construction project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Ensure that all construction projects are delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, including health and safety, environmental, and contractual risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on construction project progress, including financial performance, quality, and safety.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure that all construction projects are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
